ANGELS TRANSACTIONS:
December 2, 1965: Traded by the Baltimore Orioles to the California Angels for Dick Simpson.
December 14, 1966: Traded by the California Angels to the San Francisco Giants for Len Gabrielson.

ANGELS DEBUT:
(Second of five Angels to make their debut in this game)
In the top of the 9th of a 2-2 tie with 2 out and a runner on first, entered the game as a pinch hitter for starting pitcher Dean Chance, and singled to off Eddie Fisher.  He stayed in the game as the first baseman until the top of the 14th when he was pinch run for by Willie Montanez (Angels Debut #110)after leading off the inning with a walk.  The White Sox eventually won the game 3-2 in the 14th on Tuesday, April 12, 1966 (D) at Comiskey Park I.

ANGELS RECORD:
Hit .247 in 336 AB with 63 walks over 125 games. Made 7 errors in 886 chances at first base.

Best Angels Performance:
Hit a base-clearing double off Hal Reniff to give the Halos a 7-3 lead in the 7th, and ended the day 3 for 3 with 2 doubles and 4 RBI in a 7-4 win against the Yankees on Friday, May 6, 1966 (N) at Anaheim Stadium.
