This is a 1993 TOPPS BATMAN THE ANIMATED SERIES, SERIES TWO NNO PROMO CARD.
I got it on Listia.
This is one of the two cards issued, the other features a stern looking Batman coming right at you.
I don't have the other one yet.
The card promotes the Series two issue of Topps trading cards.
I don't have any of the Series Two cards either.
Been looking for an unopened box...cheap.
I believe these promo cards were issued at comic conventions.
