ANGELS DEBUT:
Entered in the 5th of the Barry Latman debut meltdown game and struck out Chuck Hinton, got Moose Skowron to fly out, then struck out Jim King in his one inning pitched of the eventual 6-4 loss to the Washington Senators on Wednesday, April 15, 1964 (N) at D.C. Stadium.

From the back of his rookie card...a sign of great things to come.
