Kevin Maas played 5 years in the Major Leagues - 4 with the Yankees and
1 with the Twins. In his first two seasons with the Yankees he hit 44 home runs with 104 RBIs. Maas was tagged as the next Yankee to follow in Don Mattingly's footsteps. In 1990 he became the first major leaguer to hit 20+ home runs, all after July 1st. He was also second to Sandy Alomar Jr in AL Rookie of the Year voting. But after the 1991 season, his numbers fell way off and he was out of baseball after a brief stint with the Twins and an unsuccessful season with the Hanshin Tigers.
Kevin added John 3:16 to his autograph:
"For God so loved the world that He gave his only begotten son, that whoever should believe in Him shall not perish but have everlasting life."
Kevin signed this card and a another TTM but I can't remember when.
