These cards are exactly the same on the front: same color, same finish, same foil, everything.
But flip them over and look close:
Even though the backs are almost identical, one is a Preview, and the other is the numbered, once again stressing the importance of flipping those cards over when thumbing through boxes. In this case however, the Preview card was found in my dupes box!
Always a treat to discover a card in your dupes box is a card you actually needed.

ReplyDeleteI'd say the past five to seven years... I've grown to appreciate card backs much, much more. Part of it has to do with the stats and interesting information you can find on them, but it also has to do with discovering variations and situations like this.
