Game/Sweepstakes/Offer..etc cards are some of my favorite cards to collect. However, this set is 500 cards strong. I'm pretty sure I wont be chasing this monster. I will chase the Angels in the set though, and since I already have the Bedrosian and Maybin, and now Pujols, I'll only be needing these:

Another cool game card. Double Header is a 20-card subset (?) in addition to the 150-card base set. I think. I never got into any of these baseball card games, but I do dig the cards. I still have an old Tudor Electric Baseball Game somewhere around here.

One of my favorite styles of checklist: half checklist/half photo.

I think that this might make me close to completing this checklist set.

Of course there's probably a gold version out there too.

1999 Upper Deck 10th Anniversary Preview Ballot Card

The end of paper All-Star ballots wasn't in sight yet (the last was 2014) for Upper Deck when they decided to print a card-sized ballot of their own for their 10th Anniversary Team. I never actually used one of these to vote, but if I had I think my votes would have been:

Sad news this week about John Olerud's young daughter. My prayers are genuinely with him.

Olerud has always been one of my favorites, and I made sure several times to go see him play whenever he was in town. His father actually played in the Angels farm system from 1965-1969.

1992 Upper Deck Fan Fest All-Star Heroes #29 & #26

Two Angels Greats here. The Joyner will go in my Player Collection since he's in a Royals.

Bryan Harvey is the only Angel in this 54-card box set commemorating past and present all-stars.

Bryan Harvey was an All-Star in 1991, and would be again in 1993.
