TCDB Completed Transactions #5 and #6

The fifth TCDB transaction comes from kcjays who reached out to me offering this card:

What he asked for in return was for world peace, or for me to continue blogging. I couldn't deliver on the world peace, but I can definitely keep blogging. After seeking some confirmation, he assured me no strings attached. I was kind of taken aback, but not surprised, because that's the kind of community this is. Generous.
And I really appreciate it.

Transaction six comes from stevienicks77, also known as LV's TTM Autographs and Baseball Cards.
You'd think I already had a bunch of the 88T Buice cards, and I do, but I'm wanting a full 9-pocket page of them since it's one of my favorite Angels cards. I only need one other now.
The checklist card I pulled from my Checklist binder to include with the Angels team set a while back, so I needed to replace it.

The 1992 Stadium Club is not so much an autograph set I'm working on, I just like the design.
The 1984 Topps and 1991 Upper Deck are autographed sets I'm working.

Glad to have all these.
Good trading with you LV.

Trade Cards From LV's TTM Autographs and Baseball Cards Part One

Part One - Testimony Cards

Quite frequently I've used LV's TTM successes to send out my own TTMs, so to show my appreciation for her doing the ground work, I offered her first shot at my new Autograph Traders tab: autographed cards I have for trade.  We worked out a deal, and one of the cards I was really was stoked about receiving was this one:

I have a side collection of these color-bordered testimony cards.
There's no way of knowing what players use these, so when I come across one I don't have it's really exciting.  There are lots of other testimony cards used, like you'll see below, but this is the design I like the best.

Here are the others that I have in my collection:
So now I know there are at least 12 different players that used them.
If anyone knows of any others, or have any for trade, please let me know.

These are the other testimony cards that were included in the trade with LV.
I think I have about ten of those Tanana cards now, and that's my third different Olerud, but I dont mind.

Part Two - Angels and Autographs next.

Angels Cards From LV's Autographs

I saw a post by Laurie from LV's Autographs on her desire to collect the 2012 Bowman Platinum set which I also was collecting.  I was able to send a small stack of needs for her and she sent me a bunch of Angels and set cards in return.

Alomg with a bunch of other Angels, came these that I picked out:

I needed these 3 2008 Upper Deck X for this massive set I can only hope to complete before I'm too old to see anymore.

Laurie checked out my wantlists because these 3 1992 Score were 3 I needed for the Angels team set.

And you can't go wrong with a Jered Weaver sparkly.

Great trade Laurie!
