How do you like it? How do you like it?

Sorry for the disco flashback, but here are several more mail returns that came in recently. I'm thinking that trade mail should start to slow a little now though, as I've been putting TCDB transactions on hold more often.

engine614

A lot of cool inserts and an SP all for a bunch of Jeter cards.

LeeHammer

Lee was offering four FREE flawed baseball cards first come-first served.
I'm especially happy to get the 1970 Checklist variation (red bat/red bill).

Bobqc21

I haven't sent to Canada in a while, but Bob offered up these Fleury cards in trade, so I accepted.

Chroniccollector

Eighties unlicensed at its best with that 1989 Premier Players Jim Abbott.

These 1992 Comic Images are great, but they'd be even greater if they fit together into a larger image.

peach_was_here

He also included this sweet 2003 eTopps for free!

The Wait Is Over

I too, was on the list of collectors to join up on Tribe Cards 2020 Twelve Days of Christmas giveaway. Did you get that...2020. The wait for the cards is now over, but in actuality I really wasn't "waiting" for them because I had forgotten all about them until Dave reminded us that they were finally on the way, in 2024. Life gets busy, and boy do I get it.

The box was packed full of the three teams I selected: Angels (obviously), Rangers (my local team, I was hoping for some Ryans), and Expos (mostly for Vladdy). Here I've pulled out all the Angels already.

The Angels cards were mostly of common stuff I already had, but here's a nice selection of some of the stuff I needed.

Including some Ohtani.

There indeed were some Vladdy cards in the Expos section including an always odd Power Deck CD.

And this is one of the reasons I chose the Rangers.

I never pull autographs out of retail, so it was a nice surprise to pull three in this box.
Especially happy for the Taylor Ward.

And surprise of surprises, a 1970 Fleer Iron-Ons.
One of the best Angels logos ever.

There were a bunch of these 1990 Pacific Senior League cards, which might be a cool set to chase if I didn't already have a million other sets I'm chasing.

And a really cool 1978 Papa Gino's Disc

Very happy for all the great stuff Dave, well worth the wait.

More Mail To Share

Handful of envelopes coming in in the last week or so.

The Chronicles of Fuji

Fuji sent a nice PWE with a really sweet 1981 Squirt header card.
There are some Squirt scratch-off cards I'm still lacking.

Castle Anthrax

I've been picking off Shoeless Joe Jackson cards from TCDB lately adding the 1977-84 Galasso Glossy Greats and the 1982 TCMA Baseball's Greatest Hitters (White Back).

twinscollector34

Also been trying to pick off Tigers Team Issue Frank Tanana cards.
The Mattingly is a 1988 CMC NNO Promo.

smitha1

Made a 1for1 trade for this 2024 Bowman ROY Favorites.

RAMONESRULE

Kinda hurts to be trading for these Ted Williams cards again, when I had the set at one time.
But still glad to get them.

That's it for now.

More Incoming

More incoming PWEs from TCDB and ebay.

k_knesh

The Tigers, like several other teams, put out some pretty cool team sets in the 80's.

ebay purchase

After Fuji posted recently about Squirt cards, I took a look at my collection. Even though I have all the Angels, I saw that I didn't have these two header cards, so I picked them up cheap on ebay.

mfeik

I finished the 1983 Topps base set a long time ago, but it's taking me a while to get the Traded set. I'm down to needing 13 cards, which includes the Strawberry RC.

More set needs.

kapa64

The Nen and Saunders are #444 cards.

Toddbwd

Saw something today that said the Nationals have used 19 different third basemen since Rendon left, but the Angels have used 28 since they signed him. UGH!

Every time I see him he just makes me mad.

Some Odd PWEs

Three more coming in from TCDB trades.

Some cool oddballs in these.

jmichael110

Stoked to get these '86 and '87 Cains Tanana discs.

ccook

He had some great oddballs to choose from like the 1983 Cramer Baseball Legends Joe Jackson and the 1998 Fleer Sports Collectors Digest Commemorative Set Frank Tanana.

And these were all throw-ins. Thanks!

abide

Another Joe Jackson oddball, a couple set needs, and some PC guys.
I always love seeing Ryan/Tanana together.
