Bible Card Sunday - Turner Ward

I never would have guessed that Turner Ward had an 11 year career in the MLB.
He came up with the Indians in 1990, and played for Blue Jays, Brewers, Pirates, Diamondbacks, and Phillies. He made it to the post-season once, in 1999 with the D'Backs but got eliminated in the NLDS by the Mets, but he did hit a 2-run home run scoring his teams only runs in the game 3 loss.

Turner added Romans 10:9 (one of my favorite verses):
"If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved."
