  1. Congrats on the big catch of the winter meetings. I have a feeling you might not be excited about Pujols in five years though. But hey, enjoy him until then. I'm just jealous, at least your team is doing more than acquiring as many 5th starters as possible and selling established relievers for pennies on the dollar.

  2. Wow you guys just got CJ Wilson too. I guess Moreno is aking up for losing on the free agents last year.

  4. Man, that came out of nowhere and suddenly he's gone. I can't blame him for going for more money I guess, but it makes me think there must have been something rotten here in St. Louis he didn't like, to give up a fan base that would have loved him even if he hit .250 for the next 10 years. Congrats on the pickup, I guess Trumbo goes to the OF now?

  6. You guys are trying to buy a championship!!!

**Completely kidding. I just don't get to use this goofy line very much as a Yankees fan.**

  7. I gotta say I'm glad Albert signed with the Angels over the Marlins. This way he won't punish my Braves pitching nearly as often!

  8. What a crazy day to be a Halo fan. My mind was blown when I saw all this madness. Now I'll definitely be buying tickets when the Angels come to town.

  9. I'm still beside myself. I wont really believe it until I see him on the field.

  10. At least he'll be out of the Brewers hair! Now I just need Fielder to go somewhere that isn't in the NL Central and we'll be set (though the rumor is the Brewers are still "very much in the running" for Prince...)
