The Latest In Vintage Autograph Returns

 A steady stream has been coming in.

Returned in 13 days from his home in Granite Falls, NC.
Jack Curtis 87 years old.
Won ten with six complete games in his rookie season (1961).



Returned in 18 days from his home in Burnsville, MN
Mr. Stigman in 88 years old.
Helped the Twins win the '65 AL Pennant but didn't make an appearance in the World Series.



Returned in 20 days from his home in Celina, OH.
Galen is almost 89 years old.
Won the 1957 National Championship with the Ohio State Buckeyes.
He was a pitching coach for the Toronto Blue Jays World Champion teams in 1992 and 1993.



Returned from his home in Pensacola, FL after 9 days.
Jake is now 87.
First career hit was a two-run home run off Jim Perry (whose autograph I also recently got).



Returned after 25 days from his home in Chico, CA.
Clay is now 88 years old.
Led NL catchers in assists in '63, '65 and '67, and set a league record with 99 consecutive errorless games between 1966 and 1967 (since broken)
Broke up a Juan Marichal no-hit bid in the eighth inning of Marichal's debut game.
Broke up a no-hit bid by Gaylord Perry in 1966, also in the eighth.

  2. Amazing cards and incredible returns. Seeing cards from the 60's and actually getting them signed is unreal. I was a few miles away from Burnsville yesterday. I was only 3 years old during the 1965 World Series, so I don't remember it. Nice Twins connections.

  3. If the kids today would just sign like the old days, lol. Also noting the significant facial weight loss difference on the 61' and 62' on the Curtis cards.
