Trout Stacks Up Angels Records

Friday Mike Trout set a club record by scoring his 125th run of the season season breaking the mark of 124 by Vladimir Guerrero in 2004.

Trout also set the Angels rookie record for hits in a season with 173 which was held by Wally Joyner with 172 hits in 1986.

Saturday he became the first major league rookie with 30 homers and 40 stolen bases in the same season.  He hit home run #30 in the 7th inning and swiped his 48th base earlier in the game.

Trout is the youngest player with a 30-30 season. He needs two stolen bases to become only the third player ever with 30 homers and 50 stolen bases.

Three games left to add it to his resume.
